What to expect

  • Elevate your speed and performance with expert coaching tailored to all skill levels.
  • Develop crucial skills in acceleration, max velocity, and agility through specialized drills and techniques.
  • Experience lots of fun and excitement as you train alongside fellow athletes.
  • Each athlete will receive an in-depth speed analysis with our unique speed profiling system, utilizing cutting-edge AI technology.

  • Whether you’re a beginner looking to improve fundamental skills or an advanced athlete aiming to fine-tune your technique, our camp is designed for athletes of ages 10-18 years of all sports and levels.

Chris Conradie

Meet Your Coach: Chris Conradie, founder of Spyre Speed and Athletic Development Academy, is a seasoned coach dedicated to long-term athletic development. With a B.Ed in Human Movement Studies, Chris brings extensive experience in coaching rugby, athletics, and cross country. He has coached at prestigious institutions such as Afrikaanse Hoër Seunskool (Affies) and internationally for the Qatar Athletics Federation. Based in Pretoria, Chris has trained athletes from Laerskool Lynnwood to the Vodacom Bulls. His coaching philosophy is centered around continuous improvement and positively influencing young athletes.
